What day to i restore to??

Ive just done the AVG scan and it found NOTHING!!!!!!! whoooo only thing was i had a "threat" and it was a cookie didnt get the full location of it though!

Well i hant had any more threat pop ups :) so i think its ok should i run another scan with my AVG to see??? No i dont know what this file is, should i delete it then?? c:\windows\CDER285EXPORT. ...
