Ive got it today, any more information about this would help.

The windows firewall should be off. Take a look in control Panel> security You should see a message warning of a conflict should you have two firewalls running.

I know its no help to you,but mine is set to update every 2 hours and seems to have done so. I have just updated manually with no problem at all.

Sadly I spoke too soon,as after uninstalling and a clean reinstall , the problem is back again. Looks like another contact to support. First I will repeat action and see how that goes
