Can some one please help me, i'm trying to get rid of this trojan horse in c:\program files\updmgr\updmgr.exe?

The solution is very simple: all you need to do is to delete this file in Safe Mode.

To enter Safe Mode please reboot your system and keep pressing F8 before the loading screen of Windows appears (if you see the logo of Windows you'll have to reboot again).
