My computer keeps shutting down every two or five minutes., and need spywear protection. jumpin

Have you got antivirus.

For spyware use :

adaware

pestpatrol

spybot search and destroy

How exactly does the shut down occur? Out of blue or you receive an error stating that in some seconds your computer will restart?

Good question I'm also courious as to what OS he's on if it's XP he could have a blaster virus, but either way good luck.
