HI THE ABOVE ERROR MESSAGE APPEARS EVERYTIME I TRY AND CLICK ANYTHING. IT HAS COMLETELY LOCKED ME OUT OF MY LAPTOP AND I CANT RUN OR INSTALL ANY REMOVAL TOOLS. AS THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE APPEARS -

C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe

(windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the apropriate permissions to access them)

please can someone help?

Also, tried to download Dr.Web CureIt! Error message appeared:

C:\Documents and Settings\Tom\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\CLBOCTQQ\k4sryb29.exe

simlar error messages appear when i try to download & run antivirus ect
