Can anyone explain why internet explorer shuts down when links within websites are opened eg. map on travel site or when certain pop-ups appear eg. "congratulations" you have won...... I have norton antivirus protection, i have also run stinger and lavasoft but these have not taken care of problem. I have downloaded XP service pack 2 but this behaves as before. Any assistance would be most welcome     shocked
