Um. AVG picked it up on the file,

C:\Windows\System32\Ai_loader.exe

It pops up periodically, once every hour?
If I delete it, and then refresh System32 the file is back.

I went in safe mode to get rid of it. But I don't think I'm getting rid of all the files.

Please help.

Down load bullguard and try that if that don't remove or at least move it to where you can delete it then let me know.
