When I turn on my computer it goes through the BIOS process, than when the desktop icons are supposed to show up, it doesn’t. All I get is my background picture. It takes about 5 minutes for the icons to show up. Another problem that I am having is that I can’t connect to the internet.I have two desktop computers and the other one works just fine.I think that I may have a virus on that computer; I’ve already done the scan for viruses, using MacAfee antivirus software, I’ve also done a defrag on my computer this morning and I deleted some programs that I had on there like Lime Wire. In fact maybe, having Lime Wire could have been the problem from the beginning. I just want to find out how to fix these problems. Thank you for your help in advance!
