Every time I try to download virus protection I have lots of problems, like my computer not letting me finish the download saying that either I don't have access to a certain file or something like that. I had a Norton Anti-Virus CD and tried installing NAV and it doesn't work saying I don't have access to a file when it's close to finishing. Is it that the viruses are messing with me downloading the anti-virus protection?
 
I've tried deleting files but it says someone else is using them. Is there any way I could get rid of these viruses/trojans? I don't know what else to try.

I know there is a downloader.dk or something on my computer because I keep getting pop ups saying I have adware on my computer, and I know there is a trojan on my computer (not sure which one). I believe they are eating my memory on my computer as well....But I can't figure out how to get to them and get rid of them. Because like I said my computer isn't letting me successfully download anti-virus programs (Mcafee, BullGuard, Norton, etc.)
 
So please can someone help? Is there a way to completely wipe of my internal hard drive and start fresh, by just using the emergency recovery CD's I have with my computer? Or a way to get rid of these viruses/trojans/etc.?
