Hi.

I'm having trouble trying to get rid of this virus. My Bullguard says it found 1 virus, and this was listed next to the file (Infected Trojan.Spy.BI (or Bl)). Then, Disinfection failed - Trying seocond action. Then, Move failed. I'm so confused, what should i do about this virus now???

You can delete it manually. Find the path that bullguard tells you that it is in, boot the computer into safe mode and have a look where the file is. Then you can delete it if you wish.
