Norton found and discribes the virus as jed S7 C 7.exe.
Norton can't quarentine or delete it.
Any help in step by step instructions will be greatly appreciated.

pesko Senior Member Date Joined Dec 2004 Total Posts : 633 Posted 8-24-2005 12:34 (GMT +1) Hi Pete K. and welcome Try this Download this 2 antivirus programs mwav and sysclean + definition file (see the links in my sigantur) Run mwav Put the 2 sysclean files in the same directory and run sysclean if the virus is not gone go to www.hijackthis.de download hijackthis unzip hijackthis and run it preform a system scan and post the log heir. NB: You should not put you email on a forum, spam agents may catch it.
