Try this -
Download the Hoster from here:
Unzip on your Computer The Hoster Press 'Restore Original Hosts' and press 'OK' Exit Program. Note: if you were using a custom Hosts file you will need to replace any of those entries yourself
Reboot and tell if you can update now
