We release most of our BETA versions in the fall. But we can not give you the exact date.

I was wondering what new features are you planning to put in your bullguard internet security 2013? Is the interface going to change and be more accessible for touch screens and windows 8? Are you going to have sandbox feature and cloud technology put into your software? These are a couple of ideas that you should take when developing your beta software.

Thanks can't waint to you see your software for the up coming year

There is no need to make the text that big, I believe the developers even see the -small- text.

Same result here. I would have thought that the betas would have either required no license key or one which BullGuard would have provided.

Further, do we need a current valid license to be a beta-tester?

Hi there,

Please contact our Support team to get a license key if you encounter an "Expired account" situation.

The official register page for the beta testing is /beta.bullguard.com/signup/ .

As a quick edit, the download links for V13 Beta:
* dedicated downloader: download.bullguard.com/beta13/BullGuardDownloader_v13BETA.exe.
* direct download:
- 32bit version: download.bullguard.com/beta13/BullGuard130BETA_b1.exe
- 64bit version: download.bullguard.com/beta13/BullGuard130BETA_x64_b1.exe

The list of known issues (for now):

• Slow/buggy Online Drive: It affects all functions regarding Backup on the Online Drive.
• Scheduled backups don’t work
• Continuous backups are not logged
• In Windows8, if Family Safety is activated (even for monitoring and reporting) browsing doesn't work
• If Parental Control is activated, CSS might be blocked even if site is on the whitelist

I did send an email, not sure if one is related to the other, but right after I installed the Beta, CCleaner stopped working and gave an error. It is allowed under programs, so not sure if it has anything to do with Bullguard.
I switched to SlimCleaner, which is working fine.
Beta seems to have no problems at all so far.

I do not see how CCleaner could be affected by BullGuard, but I will test this myself and let you know.

I received an email from your support team, stating it could be the self protection feature in general settings. When I uncheck that and reinstall CCleaner, it works, so won't be using that feature.

New beta solves the problem of self protection. I re-checked the box, restarted and all is well.
There doesn't seem to be a forum any longer in the beta section?

Note that the beta version is being improved each day.
If you find it unstable, please provide us with your logs so we can check the cause and make sure the next beta subversion is more reliable.
