It seems that the current BullGuard Gamers Edition will be discontinued, but i'm glad to anounce that the new BullGuard version (9.0) that will be launched this autumn, will include a Gamers' plugin and all the current Gamers Edition customers will be able to upgrade free of charge to the new version.Alin Vlad Senior Support Technician support@bullguard.com www.bullguard.com
Hi, Im not sure when your autumn is - how many months roughly ? I bought 8.5 with my new computer and i wasn't even able to install it, because of w7 :( feels like a waste of money hahaha, great to hear we will get free upgrade though.
will i need to register my 8.5 first ? or can i get 9 when it is released and just use my 8.5 license number
You will be able to use your 8.5 subscription on the new 9.0 version. On the other hand, unfortunately, BullGuard 9.0 will be launched sometime next year.
I have Bullguard Gamers Edition running on Windows 7 Ultimate, it seems to be working ok and has detected a couple of trojans in downloads. Will the scan work? Is the system safe?
Officially, The Gamers Edition is not compatible with Windows 7, but you can use it on your own risk.Alin Vlad Senior Support Technician support@bullguard.com www.bullguard.com
