Why make Bullguard all new network trusted?

What happen is i connect to internet on aiaport of hotels?
So bullguard say is trusted, is secure?

Hello Hup,

BullGuard let's you choose which of the connections are trusted and which aren't. If you open the Subnets section again, you can read at the top of that window: "Select the networks that you trust" then you can check which of the connections in the list you trust and which you do not trust.

So a normal home user, no Bullguard make all network trusted?
No, this is the problem, why not come with a popup like windows firewall of zonealarm
And ask, is this network trusted of public place
