I just purchased Bullguard and I am already having a few issues. First it says it created an account for me and I need to enter a password, so I enter a password and it gives me this error message...The server cannot process the request. Please retry this action after a couple of minutes! So I wait and retry only to keep getting the same message. So then I go to live support, it says 24/7. But I get a message telling me there are no agents available! Anyone out there who might be able to help or steer me in the right direction? I am already super frustrated with this!
Keep trying to reach Support by Live Chat please. We really are there 24/7, but sometimes we simply are busy at that particular moment. The wait should not be longer than 10-15 minutes, before you retry.
