HI, I have to turn my firewll off in bg 8.7 to get any sort of connection. I have beentrying for a week now to get Live chat with Support but always get an internal SyS error displayed. I have not had a reponse to my latest email forr over two hours now. Is anyone else having an issue with support?

I am sure that if you managed to send us an email, we would have replied within an hour. There was a minor issue today with our website, but the Live Support Chat is available now, so you can contact us.

Hi,


i did receive an email, just over two hours later. And have replied to another one as Chat is still down.


However, every time I try to connect to live chat I get a "SYS: Communication Error. Please try again later." message.
In order to get any sort of connection to the Internet I have had to disable the firewall in BG. After paying for my subs recently I don't think that having to disable a firewall to get onto the internet is the best use of my money. Everything was fine until I upgraded to 8.7.

The error message you describe points out that you were trying to contact us via the application, not the website.

If you narrowed the cause down to the firewall, I suggest you send us an email to support@bullguard.com, so we can properly ask for the details we need in order to resolve the issue.
