Is anyone else having difficulty with Bullguard Support? I have sent numerous emails and have not recieved a reply with an answer to my problem. They have requested some dump files which I sent that day, but they haven't replied since last Saturday! As a paying customer I am wondering whats going on!!
I currently have a couple of outstanding issues with tech. support, but I must say that they have been very responsive. I have had several replies both from support and from the technical guys themselves.
However, I don't have a solution to my file and media sharing issues.
