Hello smile

I wish to do a clean install of Win 7 on my Vista computer and reinstall BG BackUp on it. I saw on your site that this software was Win 7 compatible. Which files and registry keys must i store in a USB external drive to retrieve my stored folders and go on backing up online with the same account?
Thanks.

Regards,
Herve

You just need to save this file and copy them back after installing Windows 7 and BullGuard:

For Windows XP:

1. Browse to the following location: C:\Documents and Settings\<your Windows user account name>\Application Data\BullGuard\Backup\Profiles
2. Save all .xml files inside to your desktop, in a folder named BGBKProfiles so that you can easily find it later.

For Windows Vista/7

1. Browse to the following location: C:\Users\<your Windows user account name>\AppData\Roaming\BullGuard\Backup\Profiles
2. Save all .xml files inside to your desktop, in a folder named BGBKProfiles so that you can easily find it later.
3. After reinstalling BullGuard, copy the .xml files back from the BGBKProfiles folder on desktop to C:\Users\<your Windows user account name>\AppData\Roaming\BullGuard\Backup\Profiles.
