Not sure what I need to disable, but with bullguard running on my W7 PC, (I pay for 75/35 Internet) and i'm only getting 75/25 with it installed. Disabling it gets me the extra Mb back..any ideas why?
It's not normal for BullGuard to slow down your computer much, especially your download/upload. What exactly are you disabling (the entire program or a specific plugin)?Andreea-Luciana Ostache Senior Support Technician EN support@bullguard.com www.bullguard.com
Please open BullGuard, click Settings, click Real Time Antivirus and select OFF then Save. Check if the issue persists. Do the same for the Firewall. Let me know what the result is.Andreea-Luciana Ostache Senior Support Technician EN support@bullguard.com www.bullguard.com
Please work with me, or contact Live Chat if it's more convenient for you. I need you to answer the questions I ask, so we can move forward. The difference is not so great, but if you say there is one I believe you, I don't need proof. We need to pinpoint the issue and solve it if it's solvable, or notify whoever it is that can fix it for us.
Before going all out technical, some issues can be solved by asking simple questions and finding out the answer.
Let me know if you noticed any difference with any of the plugins turned off or only when BullGuard is closed completely.Andreea-Luciana Ostache Senior Support Technician EN support@bullguard.com www.bullguard.com
