Hi,
I tried a search, but it didn't find any posts. I am trying to set up the spam filter to work with Thunderbird. On the screen where it says to choose folder, it searches, finds none and when I hit the plus sign nothing happens?
Hoping there is someway to get this working.

From what I see, I don't think there is much customer service on this forum. As I am thinking of switching to this product, and purchasing right after trial, I hope there is at least some sort of help here.

My initial post about this issue was ten weeks ago. (In Bullguard Customers)
My guess is that nothing much will happen until we get version 12.

Not about to roll back that far, but BullGuard said it would show up in the next version, so I will wait.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, Mozilla is releasing new versions of both Thunderbird and Firefox nearly once a month ( https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases ).
Therefore, any fix for the x version will be useless once version x+1 is launched.

Consider that a Spamfiter fix must be tested for all the possible combinations of Operating systems, Languages, other email clients and possible conflicting software. However, v12 will be compatible with the latest thunderbird version when released.

"And don’t worry: it’s fully compatible with e-mail systems like Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird and Windows Mail."

No, it doesn't work with the current version of Thunderbird. This is misleading advertising.

And from Robert's post above:

"However, v12 will be compatible with the latest thunderbird version when released."

No, it isn't.

At the very least the advertising should be honest.

And, at long last, support for the latest Thunderbird version will be added in 219.
