Dear Moderator,

I am seriously irritated by my computer because of the Windows - No Disk dialog box which appears on the screen.
I have been viewing different forums on the net for help but I felt that you can help me as you did for a person having similar problem.

The Dialog box shows "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c".
This window stays on top of other windows ans i think that it slows my pc. The window wont close and will stay on top of other windows and keep comming back when i try to close it. Unlike most of the people who haave shared their problem on the net my does not start because of opening IExplorer or Windows Media Connect. It starts with the computer. Even if i click shutdown, the computer wont turn off till I close it. I also feel that the window pops out as soon as i put my kingston pendrive in it. It is my feeling that it might have something to do with it. Maybe you can help me to.

Thanks In adance. I also read that you told a guy to run vundofix.exe to check for spyware but it showed my drive is cleen(perhaps it check only cdrive) and not removable drives.

Also, I am new to this "forum help" if you could explain me what i should do in a simple way then iwould be grateful to you

Jaideep, although yours and the maker of that site's intentions are surely well meant, that site's info is a hodgepodge of guesses and at times really bad suggestions, and some of the steps there could leave the system in a worse situation. In reading through all that jumble of different things I see the person often makes updates, and posts that doing some steps are to be done "at your own risk". The assistance provided in repair forums like Bullguard's here are by trained persons who provide specific repair steps based on specific information each person posts, and not just a bunch of guesses like that.

Having said all that, I am glad to read you were able to resolve your problem.
