ok everytime I start my internet explorer or type in a new page address to go to a get this annoying pop-up that comes up. I need help from anyone because this is annoying the crap out of me. I am running trend-micro on my system along with trend-mirco anti-sypware and ad-aware se. Here is my log file from hijack this:

maybe a little late, but perhaps usefull for other people (I got here with google too:P)

this is your problem, I had the same issue. And this was the cause. delete it and the problem is gone. (you can use a anti-virus program (NAV for example) this will detect it too.)
