Hi Yellow' You are infected with a fake scareware virus. Here is a link with removal instuctions:http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-system-tool
dude its not spyware it's adware generally these type of virus pop up unwanted ads like your pc is infected and actually it is not and when someone clicks on that ads then they actually gets infected so never click those warnings.
In IE > Tools > Internet Options "Connections" tab > click on "LAN settings" button and Uncheck the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" box.
You can then download RKill and MalwareBytes. After running RKill you must not reboot the system otherwise the malicious process will start again. Run MalwareBytes after running RKill.
Let us know how it goes. You can also use the renamed RKill like "Iexplore.exe" in case it's blocked.* You may pm me if you're still waiting for my follow-up post.
In this case, you need try to remove it manually. for this you need to uninstall function of your computer. You have go to control panel and select "Add/Remove programs" function.Click on the program you believe to be spyware and select "Remove", after that you need to restart your computer . For better result you need some Technical Support for your computer .
