Each time i log on as my standard user account windows installer pops up at start up with the following msg:

Windows Installer.
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package 'HP Driver Diagnostics.msi' in the box below.

The msg however does not appear on my admin account. i have removed the program from the admin account using add/remove programs but to no effect.

any help would be most appreciative.
