I have a paid subscription but after formatting my hard drive Bullguard can not start. I downloaded the Bullguard set-up program. Upon launch the pop-up reads:The product was modified or hasn't been registered yet, please reinstall or register to bullguard. After that another pop-up occurs reading:Service 'filespy' could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.
I have tried several times to write my username and password, but no effect. What di I do?

The installation process of Bullguard was corrupted and you need to remove Bullguard and then reinstall it.
