I am having trouble updating my version of bullguard 5.0. I know it updates its self ,but it has not done so for over a month now.The automatic update feature is turned on ,but it keeps saying it cannot connect to the server,as if I am not connected to the internet ,but I am. Any ideas? smhair

I'm afraid that BullGuard 5 is an outdated version. I advice you all to upgrade to the latest version, 8.7, free of charge, by following this online guide: www.bullguard.com/support/product-guides/bullguard-internet-security-guides/upgrade.aspx

Sorry, meant to add i have the 8.7 version. Im dealing with support about this problem but Im getting nowhere. Ive had to change many settings on my laptop as per their instructions and Im afraid I will not resolve this and lose all my photos etc.
