Winlogon.exe in inet20001? infected or not?

I got attacked with spyware but I THINK I was able to get rid of it (Spysherriff and background being hijacked being the worst of it). The only that remains would be two windows popping up when I turn on the computer:

"windows cannot find 'c:\windows\inet20001\winlogon.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. to seach for a file, click the start button and then click search."
and
"cannot load or run 'c:\windows\inet20001\winlogon.exe' specified in the registry. Make sure the file exists on your comupter or remove the reference to it in the registry."

I googled winlogon.exe and I may still be infected but I can't tell and I can't stop the two windows from popping up. Not sure what to look for in my registry either. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks. Happy New Year + a week! :)
