Where did you find it. Is the quarentine file submission only available to current subscribers? I have tired several times to submit and get a message stating "There was an error while sending the message. Please check the mail server and the Internet connection and try again." I have the smtp set the same as I have it listed in outlook express and I have no problem sending mail from outlook express.
Are you sure you entered the correct SMTP server? Please check it again, and if it's the correct one but it still dosen't work try the following: 1) Open a command prompt 2) Write: telnet smtp_address 25
you should get something like: 220 smtp_address ESMTP
If the smtp_address is correct. If you don't get that then the smtp ain't working.
smtp_address stands fro your smtp address :). instead of that string you should have used your real smtp server address like (the one you got in your mail client under the smtp server):
mail.myisp.com mail.myserver.com
If you don't know it tell me what mail client you've got and I'll tell you how to get it :)
