Hi All,
 
I have a laptop and I am the first to admit I am not computer savvy okay, I have all these viruses appearing and I cant install ant virus it lets me run but thats its. I get this Seciurity Tool warning popping up saying that Spyware.IEMonster is infected with a worm also wuauclt.exe is infected with a worm as well. I have no idea what to do as these messages pop up all the time and as I said I cant install any anti virus software it just lets me run and no icon appears..
 
I am 56yo but as I said I am not into computers like you guys, I need assistance a click by click and step by step instruction on waht to do. I hope someone can assist me please.
