This computer has been completely taken over. All files have been "hidden" and I cannot access the usual anti-virus/spyware tools. Tried system recovery and that doesn't work either. I tried to download the tools from the "before you post" area, but the computer could not "run" the programs. Not certain of what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

Reboot to safe mode with network, and see if you can run "before you post" tools
