Hi All,

I am after urgent help, I am not computer savvy but I have a lot of viruses going on in my lappy and I dont know what to do..I have a Security tool warning keep on flashing up teeling me my laptop is infected I cant install any anti virus it keeps on rebooting I go to safe mode during startup but thats all I know what to do.. All these pop ups just tell me I am infected with all these things I have tried running the bullguard free anti virus but it seems it wont save on the desktop so I can install it..

I am in need of a good samaritan to walk me through a step by step and click by click instruction please when I go to start internet i get this message saying i dont have the relevant permission. I cant even see my task manager..to see whats happening as you can see I am a novice so I would appreciate any help..

Go here: http://bamajim.com/

and download File Lister.

Save it to your Desktop

Rightlick ->> Extract all ->> And extract it to your Desktop

Open the File Lister Folder.

Note: Leave the FileLister.vbe file in the folder and run it from there.

Rightclick FileLister.vbe ->>Select Open Then Open to confirm.

When the program is fnished it will produce a log for you C:\Files.txt

Copy and paste the contents of that log in your reply.

The log will be reasonably large so you may have to divide it into sections and make several posts to post it.

Do NOT post your problem in someone elses thread.

I cant even open the folder or save mate.

Ok.

Click: http://ad13.geekstogo.com/Win32kDiag.exe

and download Win32kDiag.exe directly to your Desktop

Go to Start - Run, type cmd (and press OK). At the prompt type or copy/paste the following, pressing Enter after:

cd\
win32kdiag -r -f

Once that completes press any key to finish the scan. Post the new Win32kDiag.txt log with your next reply (it should be located on the desktop).

If by chance you cannot run the command window steps ->

Click on Start->Run, and copy-paste the following command (the bolded text) into the "Open" box, and click OK.

"%userprofile%\desktop\win32kdiag.exe" -f -r

When it's finished, there will be a log called Win32kDiag.txt on your desktop. Please open it with notepad and post the contents here.

Do NOT post your problem in someone elses thread.
