Having a serious problem with this.
 
I originally had SpyAxe, seems that I managed to either A: Remove it, or B: Cause the virus to change names.   I'm seriously stumped on this, namely because there seems to be NO reference to SpywareStrike... Although, visiting both websites it's quite obvious the demons are one and the same.
 
I'm open to any suggestions, and I'm posting my HJT below.  I'm trying to get this solved with in 24 hours, if not I'm just going to reformat my drive and press in a fresh install of windows.  Yet, I would still love to get this settled without having to resort to the drastic measure of reformating.  Thanks ahead of time.

I found the solution in another forum to the SpywareStrike removal.

You simply delete "netwrap.dll" in your C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder.

That did it for me. I definatly take no credit for this, but, I don't know exactly who to give credit too. Just spread this as quickly as possible; I hope this helps!
