a pop up will come everytime i open the IE explorer, so when i click on the icon once, i get two browsers, one with my homepage and one unwanted which leads to "page not found"

and while i'm using the internet, there will be pop-ups like every 5-15 minutes. i used ewido and it detected a file that created these. it's something that makes my browser run by itself without me opening it. i quarantined it but i'm still getting the same pop-ups. and those that pop up r different kinds of search engines and different sites including e-bay and stuff. some pop-ups just come and dissappear suddenly.

and my computer runs very slow when it starts. i tried different antispyware and anti-virus programs but they didn't help. i don't know much about these things. and i just bought this laptop a month ago ><
