Ok,i have a motorola sb4200 surfboard cable modem,it all worked fine,very fast and stuff,no problems at all.

well,time passed and it seems i cant be on the internet without my computer crashing,if that is what its doing(it just turns off and then turns on again).

and the internet got really slow now,i though it was the viruses,so i got bullguard,and it said i had 327 virus bodies,and once it disinfected some it seemed  the computer was getting better,some where left though.

well,a week later i return and when i turn the comp on,the crashes are more constant than ever,i cant be on for 5 minutes without crashing,its even worse than last time,also,i cant get on sites most of the time,it says some things like "page not found" or something similar,or takes me to a page called perfectnav,and when it does decide to work it loads very slowly and soon after it turns off again.

i think the problem is the rest of the viruses,this is what one of em says-
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\bdl14026.exe=>(Upx) is infected with Trojan.Downloader.Revop.C

but it wont disinfect it.

also,i get like 12 I/O errors when i scan the C drive,whats that?

do you think thats the problem?,cuz dad told me the problem might be kaaza,and i think that isnt it,or is it?

Firstly make sure you are not connected to the Internet.
Disable System restore by right clicking on MY COMPUTER and choosing OPTIONS
Click the SYSTEM RESTORE tab
Run Anti-Virus software
Re-Boot
Re-enable SYSTEM restore using above method
Hope this helps - it cured mine
Regards,

Kazaa is notorious for spreading Viruses - Use either Bullguard, Norton or PC-Cillin and make sure you have a good firewall if you continue using the NET.
